Pursuant to the Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (the “Law”), personal data is secured by the data controller, Talya Yazılım ve Bilişim Anonim Şirketi – Social Attend, at various physical locations within the company or as stated in the privacy and information notices available on the website https://www.socialattend.com.

Following the assessment carried out in accordance with the Law, explicit consent is required for the processing of certain personal data due to the nature of such data and the absence of the conditions stipulated under the Law. For the purposes of this consent text, “processing” shall mean any operation performed on personal data, including obtaining, recording, storing, retaining, altering, reorganizing, disclosing, transferring, acquiring, making available, classifying, or preventing the use of such data.

I hereby expressly consent to the processing of my personal data collected within the scope of the event for the following purposes:

• Processing of my relevant personal data in order to personalize my experience of using the mobile application and to provide me with content, programs, sessions, and all event-related information, including my personal flight, accommodation, transfer and similar information, in accordance with my interests and preferences within the scope of the event and my preferences within the application;

• Displaying my profile information created within the application and the information added by me to the application to other participants in order to enable communication and networking with other participants within the scope of the event;

• Using my contact and notification information in order to send me notifications regarding changes to the event program, session start times, event announcements, organizational information, and notifications related to my application experience;

• Processing photographs and visual materials uploaded by me to the application within the scope of the event or created by the event organizer, in which my image appears, for the purpose of providing the event experience and enabling the use of the relevant features within the application;

• Matching my facial images appearing in photographs through artificial intelligence-supported facial recognition technology as part of the processing of my biometric data;

• Storing and processing my personal data abroad through the infrastructure of Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL for the purpose of providing event photographs to me and delivering the service (Your personal data is processed abroad solely through the infrastructure of Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL for the purpose of providing the service and is not shared with any other third party abroad.);

• Contacting me for the purpose of evaluating the event, obtaining post-event feedback, and improving the event services provided by Social Attend, and using my contact information for these purposes;

• Retaining my personal data for the periods specified in the Information Notice.

I hereby expressly consent to the transfer of my personal data processed within this scope to persons and entities located in Türkiye and abroad, including the relevant public authorities due to the company's activities; direct or indirect domestic and foreign subsidiaries for the purposes of carrying out the company's activities; company customers; legal entities and natural persons with whom the company has contractual or business relationships in connection with its activities; suppliers; subcontractors; business partners; shareholders; legal, financial and tax advisors; regulatory and supervisory authorities; and institutions or organizations authorized to request my personal data, such as courts and enforcement offices, as well as persons designated by such authorities or organizations.

I hereby declare that I have been informed through the Social Attend Information Notice regarding the matters set forth herein, and that I have read and understood the information provided to me concerning the subject matter. Accordingly, pursuant to the Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), including in particular Articles 5 and 9 thereof, and all applicable provisions of the KVKK, I hereby provide my EXPLICIT CONSENT of my own free will to the types of processing of my personal data specified above for which my explicit consent is required.

The rights of the data subject under the applicable legislation, as set forth in the Social Attend Privacy and Terms of Service Notice, are reserved. The consent given may be withdrawn at any time.
